Our Construction Consultants offer a wide range of residential and commercial construction and building related services for the Culpeper, Virginia area.

These construction services include Completely Building Your Project from beginning to end or

Allowing You to be Your Own Contractor

as we acquire Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Zoning and Health Permits plus varying degrees of project management such as Plan Review for errors or code violations, Drawings of your proposed project, Material Take-offs, subcontractor fee Negotiations as well as Construction Troubleshooting of ongoing project problems and Project Organization and counseling.

All of these services to be billed on an Hourly Basis Saving You Money and Time.

Our Interior Design and Consulting Department is also available for your design configuration and color schemes. You decide how much or how little of our construction and building services you need.

Our construction consultant rates are very competitive, and you are able to evaluate our work, if so desired, through hourly fees before signing up for any larger building or construction project management.

Our consulting services are intended to assist in obtaining information that you need to keep your project on track. Whether you need just a little advice over the telephone, via email or a meeting on site. We are here for you.

We can assist you in many different areas of your project including but not limited to pre-construction planning, plan development, code issues, on site layout, problem solving, scheduling, budgets, material take off and much more.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Our project management service is offered in a number of different packages. We will provide as much or as little help as you need. Obtaining permits for your project can be time consuming and frustrating.

PERMIT ACQUISITION:

We can assist in acquiring all of the required permits for your project. This service includes filing all of the necessary forms, meeting with government officials, etc. You simply provide the funds for permit fees and our fee for acquisition of each. We do the rest. No stress. Just sit back and wait for us to deliver your permits.

RESPONSIBLE LAND DISTURBER:

Our company also holds a Responsible Land Disturber (RLD) certification. We offer this service to our customers if needed. Periodic inspections of erosion and sediment control,seeding,mulching and silt fence are included in this service.

INTERIOR DESIGN DEPARTMENT:

We have excellent people to help design any room of your job whether it be color schemes, size and shapes of rooms, or just establishing your personality imprint.
