Telephone call for Building Project Advice -
$25.00 for the first 15 minutes
$10.00 for each additional 15 minutes thereafter

On site Building Consultation - $95.00/hr

Construction Plan Review / Research - $95.00/hr

*Permit Acquisition (Building) - $60.00/application

Permit Acquisition (Plumbing) - $35.00/application

Permit Acquisition (Electrical) - $35.00/application

Permit Acquisition (Mechanical) - $35.00/application

Permit Acquisition (Health) - $50.00/application

Permit Acquisition (Zoning) - $20.00/application

Document Preparation Fee - $10.00/document

Responsible Land Disturber (RLD) - $200.00

Building Project Management (Level 1) - $85.00/hr

Building Project Management (Level 2) - $50.00/hr

* NOTE: If applying for 2 or more Building Permits at one time:
The first Building Permit Application Fee will be $40.00 and only $20.00 per Building Permit Application for the remainder

Construction Permit Fees above are only for Acquisition of the Permits.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ALL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FEES ISSUED BY THE COUNTY OFFICE.

ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF MEETINGS ARE REQUIRED WITH COUNTY OFFICIALS TO RESOLVE PERMITTING ISSUES
